From the 101 fwy, exit on Reseda, go north. Turn right on Nordoff, then left on Darby (one block) then enter parking lot. Continue to the southeast corner of lot.

From the 405 fwy, exit on Nordoff, go west. Turn right on Darby (two blocks past Lindley, one block past Etiwanda) then enter parking lot. Continue to the southeast corner of lot.

After a nice long warm-up, we climb over the Sepulveda Pass, which is rewarded with a screaming downhill onto the westside. After a shortcut through the VA grounds, we make our way down the beautiful San Vicente towards to beach. Once we hit the coast, its a straight shot down to Venice, where we break at the Rose Cafe (they're famous for their tomatoes/cheese with herbs). After the break, we'll turn it around and take essentially the same route back (with a few slight variations).

This is a great route because you get everything: long flat stretches to practice pacelines, great climbs and screaming descents.
